This 54,000 square foot two-story building addition was designed and constructed for the production and distribution of printed circuit boards.
Located on a 10-acre campus in Glen Cove, New York, the building’s façade consists of split-faced block and metal panels matching and complimenting the existing adjacent structures.
Working closely with the owner, The Marcus Organization constructed the facility to meet special regulatory requirements. The interior finishes included the application of high-tech coatings on the floors, walls and ceilings to ensure a clean environment for product reliability.
