A one-story 57,000 sq. ft. production and distribution facility was constructed for the administrative offices and manufacturing of decorative packaging for the cosmetic industry. The facility, located on 5.5 acres, was designed and built in two phases. The first phase of 36,000 sq. ft. was built in 1985. The second phase of 21,000 sq. ft. was completed in 1997. The building was designed to include a clean and temperature controlled environment, accommodating the installation of state-of-the-art injection molding machinery.
