The Marcus Organization believes that collaboration is essential to achieving project success. Utilizing a value engineering process, we foster the free exchange of ideas among owner, construction manager/general contractor, architects and engineers at the project’s inception. This method of team planning in the preliminary design phase results in the most efficient, cost-effective design concept. Using this process, costs are carefully evaluated to ensure that the design does not exceed the budget.
Loyal to the benefits of value engineering, we continue the process through final design, bid, award and construction. By making Subcontractors an integral part of the team, our method is a comprehensive approach to building. We continually evaluate materials and construction in an effort to reduce the total project cost and/or accelerate the completion schedule with no detrimental impact on the quality of the product.
