The 100,000 square foot corporate office component includes a state-of-the-art auditorium, data center, conference areas and a high-end retail showroom. The warehouse component is over 300,000 square feet with an interior mezzanine. The warehouse floor slab was constructed using shrinkage-compensating concrete to ensure a crack-free floor system.
